Shipping Info

We make everything by hand and always aim to ship within 1 week. If it has been longer than 1 week since you placed an order and have not received a tracking number, reach out!

We typically ship packages between Monday-Wednesdays to lessen the chance of your package sitting in a warm place for a few days. Some packages may ship later in the week if our shipping estimator says it will arrive quickly.
All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS and should arrive between 1-3 business days after the shipment date.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.

During the warmer months of the year, we’ll ship your order with ice packs and insulated packing material to keep your items as cool as possible. Orders placed after October will not be automatically shipped with cold shipping materials. However, if you are ordering from a warmer climate and are interested in these items, we have them available to add to your order. Look for the “Insulated Shipping+ 2 ice packs” listing on our ordering page.

We may be able to offer expedited shipping if you’re concerned about your items melting in transit for an additional variable fee. Please reach out to us with your order number as soon as possible after placing your order if you’re interested in that option.

We can’t guarantee that your chocolate will arrive unmelted, particularly in very warm climates or if the package sits on a hot doorstep all day.

Please Note:

  • Solstice Sweets is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but have not been received. After your treats have been shipped, we recommend tracking your package with given tracking number. If you have any issues with your delivery, contact your local post office ASAP

  • Solstice Sweets is not responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages within the USPS or UPS network

  • Solstice sweets is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect address given to us, or marked undeliverable by USPS or UPS

Delivery mishaps are no fun, but luckily are not common. In the event that your shipped order is delayed, lost, stolen, or otherwise affected by events out of our control, we aren’t able to offer replacements at this time due to the small size of our operation. We recommend contacting USPS/UPS in case of any issues with delivery, and we’re always happy to work with you if USPS/UPS needs any shipping information from us. Just let us know how we can help!
