Where is Solstice Sweets located?:

Solstice Sweets is exclusively available online and at occasional pop-up markets in Colorado. We do not have a storefront but operate out of a shared commercial kitchen space in Longmont, CO. Follow our Instagram to find out when our next event or ordering dates are!

Gift Notes:

Indicate in the Notes Section during checkout what you would like your gift message to say, and who the package is from and we’ll be happy to include it! :)

Will an Invoice be sent in my package?

There will not be an invoice for your order inside your package, but a receipt will be sent in your order confirmation email.

Can I get my package on a certain date?

At this time, we are opening our site up for orders for a period of the month (these dates will be made available on our ordering page as well as our Instagram account), and all orders placed during that time will ship on the date indicated during checkout. We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but typically you can expect your package to arrive 2-3 business days from the shipment date.

Gluten Free options?

Unfortunately not at this time! We do have a few items that we have found ways to make with gluten free ingredients, and would love to be able to offer these on a regular basis at some point, but realistically need to see an increase in demand for gluten free products. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, send us a message or email and we will keep it in mind for the future :)

Nut Allergies:

While a majority of our items are made out of ingredients free of peanuts, most of those items still may contain coconut ingredients which is classified as a tree nut. We also do not operate out of a nut free facility, and at this time don’t have the capability to use a dedicated nut-free chocolate enrober. While we do our best to avoid cross contamination, this means that any items made in our kitchen may have shared equipment at some point with an item made with nuts. We really would love one day to have the ability to have separate machinery for this, but in the meantime if you have a serious allergy concern we would rather you enjoy another sweet treat and be safe!

Soy Free Options?

Out of our classic offerings, there are a few items that we offer that happen to be free of any soy ingredients (Peanut Buddies and Oatmeal Dream Pies) . If we have any rotating specials, we will typically include a full ingredient list in the description of each item that is available to order. If you have any further questions not answered by an items ingredient list feel free to reach out to us through email!

If allergies are a concern for soy, we do not have separate equipment available for soy free items, and are not in a soy-free facility.
